Who provides your account
25 August 2026
The account and payment services you access here are provided by Newrails, UAB — not by Bonfire Pay.
Newrails, UAB is a company registered in Lithuania (company code 305270426, Švitrigailos str. 11C, LT-03228 Vilnius). It is an electronic money institution authorised and supervised by the Bank of Lithuania under licence No. 69.
When you accept the Newrails General Terms and Conditions, you enter into an agreement with Newrails, governed by Lithuanian law. Newrails issues the electronic money, opens and holds your account in your name on its own books, executes your payments, and safeguards your funds in a segregated account with a credit institution. Bonfire Pay is not a party to that agreement.
What Bonfire Pay does
Bonfire Pay is BF Pay SL, a Spanish company (Company number M-00870306, registered with the Registro Mercantil de Madrid, Calle Velázquez 50, 28001 Madrid). It introduces you to Newrails, provides the branding and content you see here, agrees your commercial terms with you, and provides first-line support.
What Bonfire Pay does not do
Bonfire Pay is not a bank, an electronic money institution or a payment institution, and is not authorised to issue electronic money or provide payment services. It is not an agent, distributor or representative of Newrails. It does not hold, safeguard or have access to your funds, your credentials or your security details.
Support and complaints
For help with this website or app, contact Bonfire Pay at bd@bonfirepay.eu.
For anything to do with your account, your payments, your funds, or fees charged by Newrails — including a complaint — you can contact Newrails directly at complaints@newrails.xyz, at any time and free of charge.
Newrails handles complaints under its complaints process described at https://www.newrails.xyz/en/legal/complaints. Bonfire Pay can help with factual questions but cannot decide a complaint about the regulated service, accept liability or offer compensation on Newrails’ behalf, and raising something with Bonfire Pay does not extend any deadline under the Newrails complaints process.
Fees
The fees for the electronic money and payment services are agreed with you by Bonfire Pay, approved by Newrails, and charged and collected by Newrails from your account. Anything Bonfire Pay charges for its own services is separate, agreed between you and Bonfire Pay, and not collected by Newrails.
Bonfire Pay’s own services
Bonfire Pay may also provide you with its own services under its own terms. Those terms are between you and Bonfire Pay. They are not part of your agreement with Newrails, and Newrails is not responsible for them.
Your data
Newrails and Bonfire Pay each handle your personal data as separate controllers, for their own purposes — neither acts on behalf of the other. Newrails processes data to provide the regulated services, including identity checks, transaction monitoring, safeguarding records, regulatory reporting and complaints; see the Newrails Privacy Policy at https://www.newrails.xyz/en/legal/privacy-policy. Bonfire Pay’s privacy notice is at https://www.bonfirepay.eu.
